villa is located in the Ovacık area of Fethiye. Villa has 3 bedrooms and 3
bathrooms which could easily host up to 6 guest. The villa is located in the
beautiful nature of Ovacik, and has very quite environment where you could
enjoy your holiday in peace. The villa has huge garden and in the garden there
is private swimming pool. There is also modern designed kitchen in the villa
where you can cook delicious meals. Have no doubt our fully equipped villa will
provide you totally relaxed holiday experience! From villa via car you can
access to Ölüdeniz in 5 munities, Fethiye in 10 munites, and Dalaman 45
munites. The villa is within walking distance of bars, restaurants and city
center.The villa is fully equipped with all white goods, iron and ironing
board.

Bedroom: Air-conditioned master suite with 1 double bed, make-up table,
dresser, bathroom and toilet are equipped in the room. The bedroom has also a
balcony.
2nd
Bedroom: Air-conditioned with 1 double bed, make up table, dresser are equipped
in the room. The bedroom has also a balcony.
3rd
Bedroom: Air-conditioned. There are 1 double bed, make-up table, dresser are
equipped in the room. There is a bathroom in the corridor. The bedroom has a
balcony.
Villa
has also one large living room equipped with luxury sofa suite, LCD TV,
satellite receiver, table and chairs. There is also toilet for living room.
Kitchen
is equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, 4 oz,
electric kettle, cutlery, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, water and tea cups.
There is patio by the pool equipped with umbrellas and loungers.

GENERAL
SERVICES AND CLEANING
Villa
KELEBEK is delivered to our guests cleanly. Villa cleaning is done once a week.
Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day. Bedrooms have
clean linen and towel sets.
Upon
request we can provide a welcome pack to our guest, the price of the welcome
pack is extra.
Welcome
package has tea, sugar, water, milk, coffee, cheese, jam, butter, eggs, bread,
fruit juice etc.
Our
guests are welcomed by professional teams for introduction of the villa.
RESERVATION
PROCEDURE
After
you have contacted with us about the available villa you want to make a
reservation with, we will create a temporary reservation for you and send you
the appropriate form.Your reservation will be finalized after you send 35% of
the rental price as a deposit to the company bank account.After the deposit has
been transferred to the company account, the finalized reservation form will be
sent to you. The remaining payment must be paid in CASH. Before check-in 1000
Turkish Liras must be paid as damage deposit and when check-out after controls
same amount will be returned to the customer. Checking time is 15.00 and check
out time is 10.00. Check-in could be earlier depending on the availability of
the villa.During the holiday our customer representative will help you in every
way.On the day of departure, our customer representative will visit the villa
and make the necessary checks and checkout.

Villa Delvik,.. what a stay Located in a peaceful area of Ovacik away from noisy traffic, set mid-way between Fethiye & Oludeniz beach with stunning views over Babadag. It’s secure and tucked away at the back of the Celay Hotel with its restaurant & bar open to none residence. Great for family’s or couples, spacious with lots to do. Inside is cool, bright, clean and well equipped (Iron dishwasher, large fridge etc.) and cleaned once a week. Outside good a size pool, gardens and sunbathing area well kept (maintained pool daily & garden once a week) in the grounds is a resident tortoise that we called “Speedy”, who lives in the privet to the left of the BBQ. Ali (owner), for any issues and requests was prompt and very helpful. We would all defiantly book again and hope to do so some time soon.
