VILLA EFE
The villa is located in the Ovacık area of Fethiye. Villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which could easily host up to 6 guest. All rooms are equipeed with private bathroom. The villa is located in the beautiful nature of Ovacik, The villa has huge garden and in the garden there is private swimming pool. There is also modern designed kitchen in the villa where you can cook delicious meals. Have no doubt our fully equipped villa will provide you totally relaxed holiday experience! From villa via car you can access to Ölüdeniz in 5 munities, Fethiye in 10 munites, and Dalaman 45 munites. The villa is within walking distance of bars, restaurants and city center. The villa has free wi-fi and barbeque. Villa is also secured with CCTV and alarm system. There is a very large gazebo where you can relax in the shade in hot days.
Features of the villa
1st Bedroom: Air-conditioned master suite with 1 double bed, dresser, bathroom and toilet are equipped in the room. The bedroom has also a balcony.
2nd Bedroom: Air-conditioned with 1 double bed, dresser, bathroom and toilet are equipped in the room. The bedroom has also a balcony.
3rd Bedroom: Air-conditioned with 1 double bed, dresser, bathroom and toilet are equipped in the room. The bedroom has also a balcony.
Villa has also living room equipped with luxury sofa suite, LCD TV, satellite receiver, table and chairs. There is also toilet for living room.
Kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, 4 oz, electric kettle, cutlery, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, water and tea cups. There is patio by the pool equipped with umbrellas and loungers.
GENERAL SERVICES AND CLEANING
Villa EFE is delivered to our guests cleanly. Villa cleaning is done once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day. Bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets.
Upon request we can provide a welcome pack to our guest, the price of the welcome pack is extra.
Welcome package has tea, sugar, water, milk, coffee, cheese, jam, butter, eggs, bread, fruit juice etc.
Our guests are welcomed by professional teams for introduction of the villa.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE
After you have contacted with us about the available villa you want to make a reservation with, we will create a temporary reservation for you and send you the appropriate form. Your reservation will be finalized after you send 35% of the rental price as a deposit to the company bank account. After the deposit has been transferred to the company account, the finalized reservation form will be sent to you. The remaining payment must be paid in CASH. Before check-in 500 Turkish Liras must be paid as damage deposit and when check-out after controls same amount will be returned to the customer. Checking time is 15.00 and check out time is 10.00. Check-in could be earlier depending on the availability of the villa. During the holiday our customer representative will help you in every way. On the day of departure, our customer representative will visit the villa and make the necessary checks and checkout.
TOURS and ACTIVITIES
Boat tours, parasailing, water sports, jeep safari, diving, fish tours, Saklıkent, mud baths, rafting, trekking excursions and other social tourism activities are organized in our region. You can visit our office for detailed information and reservation or you can also get information by phone.

Our second stay in this beautiful villa and just how we remembered it. Cannot fault anything and enjoyed our stay just as much as we did last year if not more. Could come here every year as just so nice and homely. Ali was great to deal with again and always at hand as and when we had any queries. We the family and kids just love it and will definitely will be returning again the next time we come to this area.
