Villa Sardunya 3 was built in 2019. It is located in Oludeniz Ovacik area of Fethiye. Our villa offers you a pleasant and peaceful holiday with its extremely modern, unique and stylish design. Villa Sardunya 2 has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There is a toilet on the ground floor where the living room and kitchen located. Villa Sardunya 3 is in a central location and 200 meters away from the main road. We have 3 detached Villas with a private pool and walled garden on Sardunya villas site. All villas have underfloor heating and are suitable for rental in winter months. There is also a pool heating in all Villas. There is a barbecue in the garden and a kiosk for you to sit in the shade when it is too hot.

Ground floor There is a dining table for 8 people, a seating group, a TV, air conditioning.
GENERAL SERVICES AND CLEANING
Our villa is delivered to our guests with clean bedding with hand and bath towel sets . For more than a week staying we provide weekly cleaning and changing the towels and beddind at free of charge. Garden maintenance and pool cleaning are done everyday except Sunday.
Upon the request of our guests, a welcome package is prepared for a certain price.
BOOKING PROCESS AND PROCEDURE
After contacting us and find out the availability of the villa you want to book, we create a temporary reservation record for you and send the relevant forms to you. Your reservation will be finalized after sending the first payment of the rental to the our company bank accountor paid by credit cards as a deposit. After the deposit is transferred to the company account, the reservation confirmation will be sent to you. You can pay thebalance of the payment in CASH on arrival to the villa. A damage deposit of 1,000 TL will taken during at the check in. After the necessary checks are made on the day of departure, the damage deposit will be returned to you. Check-in time is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00AM. Flexibility in check-in time is subject to villa availability. During your holiday, our customer representatives will help you in every way. On the day of departure, our customer representative will come to the villa and makes the necessary checks and check-out procedures.

We spend our one week holiday in this spectacular villa. Great location, and the house is beautiful! Elif was very helpful and gave great advices on what to see and do around the city. I warmly recommend it to everyone who wants to have a great time and bring even more pleasure to their stay.
