 VILLA UCAR B , located in Fethiye Ölüdeniz, a villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 En-suite bathrooms , where 8 people can stay and have a pleasant holiday. Our Villa VILLA UCAR B was built in 2022 and has been designed with modern furniture. Everything has been thought of for our valued guests. All the tools and utencils  you may need are available in the villa. There is a barbecue in the garden villa and a Kiosk where you can sit in the shade in the hot summer days. There is under floor Heating in the villa which makes the villa available for winter let.  the pool is also heated that  you can enjoy in cold days.

BEDROOM 1  There is 1 double bed, two bedside cabinets , a wardrobe, a dressing table, air conditioner. There is an en-suite bathroom.

BEDROOM 3  There are 2 single beds, 1 bedside cabinet  between two beds , a wardrobe,  air conditioner. There is an en-suite bathroom.

Ground floor  There is a dining table for 8 people, a seating group, a TV, air conditioning.

 GENERAL SERVICES AND CLEANING

Our villa is delivered to our guests  with clean bedding with hand and bath towel sets . For more than a week staying we provide weekly cleaning  and changing the towels and beddind at free of charge. Garden maintenance and pool cleaning are done everyday except Sunday.  

Upon the request of our guests, a welcome package is prepared for a certain price.

BOOKING PROCESS AND PROCEDURE

After contacting us and find out the availability of the villa you want to book, we create a temporary reservation record for you and send the relevant forms to you. Your reservation will be finalized after sending the first payment of  the rental  to the our company bank accountor paid by credit cards  as a deposit. After the deposit is transferred to the company account, the reservation confirmation will be sent to you. You can pay thebalance of the payment  in CASH on arrival to the villa. A damage deposit of 1,000 TL will taken during at the check in. After the necessary checks are made on the day of departure, the damage deposit will be returned to you. Check-in time is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00AM. Flexibility in check-in time is subject to villa availability. During your holiday, our customer representatives will help you in every way. On the day of departure, our customer representative will come to the villa and makes the necessary checks and check-out procedures.

 TOURS & ACTIVITIES Boat tours, paragliding, water sports, jeep safari, diving, fish tours, Saklıkent, mud bath tours, rafting, trekking trips and other social tourism activities are held in our region. NOTE: an extra 2000 TL per week is charged when pool heating is requested. The pool temperature can be maximum 26 degrees. This degree may vary according to the outside weather conditions.
