GENERAL INFORMATION

Home check-in hours

Although check in is latest at 16:00 and the departure is 10: 00, It could be flexiable. During this time, our villas will be cleaned. If the villa is available the day before of your arrival, The check in time will be earlier. Please contact us a day before of your arrival to find out the ealy check in. At home page check out and check time is given.

Capacity of Villas

Each villas have a diffirent capacity and this number indicates the maximum number of people who can stay in our villa. This capacity is added to the number of people in the living room or again in the bedrooms, if there is a bed, such as a sofa bed, and a pull-out sofa. In this regard, our hosts are very sensitive and capacity overrun is not allowed. There are large families, large families, crowded families, honeymoon couples, conservative families and villas in various concepts that appeal to all sectors.

Equipment of houses

Possible hardware or technical problems of the villas 

Our villas  are controlled by our landlord or our representative before each customer check in. However, technical. malfunctions may occur due to reasons. In such cases, the host or representative is obliged to intervene and address the problem within 24 hours. In general, the problems arising from the power cuts and infrastructure deficiencies in the region.

Laundry and cleaning

Our Villas are cleaned before each customer check in and hand towels and linens are changed. In the case of entry into the house on the same day, our houses are cleaned between 12:00 and 16:00 as stated in the previous articles.

For stays of more than a week, a cleanning and laundry are also provided once a week.

Photos and videos of villas

You can find the photos and videos of the villas page. Some of our villas are located on the same site and many objects could be the same or similar. In such cases, common photos and videos may be used. In this case, this information is indicated on our page.
The video was shot by our team and the purpose is to show you not only the beautiful parts of the villa but also the surroundings of the villa and the room conditions. So we hope you won't have any question marks in your mind.

Damage Deposit

The damage deposit is collect at check in by the landlord or officer and Before leaving the villa at the end of your holiday, the host or the staff will control the house. The damage deposit will be refunded to you at the time of departure unless there is any damage.

Reservation

First you must specify the dates you want to rent the villa. Then you are sending a request for the house you have set in the pre-reservation form. Our team will check the availability of the house again and start your reservation process as soon as possible. After you pay a certain part of the fee to our company account (this rate varies between 20% and 40% from home to home) or after you make this payment by credit card, you will be sent your rental contract. After you complete this agreement, sign it and return it to us, you will be sent your travel documents. Thus, the house you have chosen is reserved on your behalf on the dates you requested. The remaining fee will be collected on your arrival.
