Villa Pera
Villa Pera with private pool is located in Ovacik, Fethiye, in a quiet location. Our villa has an indoor pool and sauna for winter periods. All the bedrooms of our dazzling villa have comfortable furniture with luxurious design. They have en-suite bathroom. With this feature, it provides an unforgettable holiday opportunity for our guests. Every detail in our villa has been thought out and designed down to the smallest detail.
Located in a high position with a nature view, our villa has a maximum capacity of 4 people and has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, a jacuzzi, air conditioning and a TV in the room. The common area has an open kitchen-living room, air conditioning and TV.
Note 1: There is a combi boiler and underfloor heating system in our villa.
Note 2: A cleaning fee of 3,000 TL will be charged for all reservations below the minimum stay period (5 nights).
50 meters below Villa Pera and Ladin are Villa kaan, VillaEfe, Villasakura, Villa Sultanim and Villa Toharya. For the bigger group of our guests who want to rent more than one house, the above named villas can be rented together if the calendar is suitable.
Our damage deposit is 5000 TL.

Note: If there is a request for heating the indoor pool, we request a heating fee of 1,500 TL per night.
General note: All of our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and sprayed for insects and pests. In our houses located in nature, there are fewer insects etc. than the villas located in the center. There is a higher chance of it coming out. This note is not about this house, but is written in the information of all houses located in nature.
Our villa is delivered to our guests with clean bedding with hand and bath towel sets . For more than a week staying we provide weekly cleaning and changing the towels and beddind at free of charge. Garden maintenance and pool cleaning are done everyday except Sunday.
Upon the request of our guests, a welcome package is prepared for a certain price.
BOOKING PROCESS AND PROCEDURE
After contacting us and find out the availability of the villa you want to book, we create a temporary reservation record for you and send the relevant forms to you. Your reservation will be finalized after sending the first payment of the rental to the our company bank accountor paid by credit cards as a deposit. After the deposit is transferred to the company account, the reservation confirmation will be sent to you. You can pay thebalance of the payment in CASH on arrival to the villa. A damage deposit of 3,000 TL will taken during at the check in. After the necessary checks are made on the day of departure, the damage deposit will be returned to you. Check-in time is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00AM. Flexibility in check-in time is subject to villa availability. During your holiday, our customer representatives will help you in every way. On the day of departure, our customer representative will come to the villa and makes the necessary checks and check-out procedures.
TOURS & ACTIVITIES Boat tours, paragliding, water sports, jeep safari, diving, fish tours, Saklıkent, mud bath tours, rafting, trekking trips and other social tourism activities are held in our region.
